Muay Thai: Kickbox Like You Mean It!

Learn Muay Thai, the National Sport of Thailand, also called the Art of 8 limbs, because it makes use of 8 points of contact, punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. In this class, we will cover punches, round kicks, teeps, push kicks, knees, elbows, and the clinch. You will have the opportunity to work with different partners in a safe, controlled environment, that will get you in the zone, and build up a sweat, leaving you empowered and stronger. There will be partner work with pads. Prepare to sweat.
BRING: no special equipment required
WEAR: basic workout clothes, your choice to wear shoes or be barefoot. (Traditionally Muay Thai is practiced barefoot.)
