Meditation for Martial Arts & ESD

This class is an introduction to anapana meditation. There will be a discussion on what vipassana and anapana meditation are and their benefits, followed by a sitting meditation practice, as well as standing meditation and partner meditation exercises.
BRING: a small cushion or matt to sit on
